Mouse Anti-CRYBB3 (Beta-crystallin B3, Beta-B3 Crystallin, CRYB3)
CRYBB3 belongs to the beta/gamma-crystallin family and contains 4 beta/gamma crystallin 'Greek key' domains. Crystallins are the dominant structural components of the vertebrate eye lens.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa112-211 from human CRYBB3 (NP_004067.1) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
