Mouse Anti-Decorin (DCN, Bone Proteoglycan II, CSCD, DSPG2, PG40, PGII, PGS2, Small Leucine Rich Protein 1B, SLRR1B)
Decorin is a small secreted leucine rich proteoglycan that binds to fibronectin, TGF-B and type I and type II collagen. Decorin has been implicated in the assembly of the extracellular matrix and the inhibition of tumor progression.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Full length recombinant corresponding to aa1-359 from human DCN (AAH05322) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
