Mouse Anti-DGKH (Diacylglycerol Kinase eta, DAG Kinase eta, Diglyceride Kinase eta, DGK-eta, DKFZp761I1510) (Biotin)
Phosphorylates diacylglycerol (DAG) to generate phosphatidic acid (PA). Plays a key role in promoting cell growth. Activates the Ras/B-Raf/C-Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway induced by EGF. Regulates the recruitment of RAF1 and BRAF from cytoplasm to membranes and their heterodimerization.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Partial recombinant protein corresponding to aa831-930 from human DGKH with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human DGKH.
