Mouse Anti-EVI1 (MDS1 and EVI1 Complex Locus Protein EVI1, Ecotropic Virus Integration Site 1 Protein Homolog, EVI-1, MECOM) (APC)
EVI1 promotes cell proliferation by interacting with BRG1 and blocking the repression of BRG1 on E2F1 activity. EVI1 may be involved in megakaryocytic differentiation.
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Sandwich FLISA: The detection limit is ~0.03ng/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Partial recombinant corresponding to aa952-1050 from human EVI1 (NP_005232) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
