Mouse Anti-FNTB (Protein Farnesyltransferase Subunit beta, FTase-beta, CAAX Farnesyltransferase Subunit beta, RAS Proteins Prenyltransferase Subunit beta) (APC)
Catalyzes the transfer of a farnesyl moiety from farnesyl pyrophosphate to a cysteine at the fourth position from the C-terminus of several proteins. The beta subunit is responsible for peptide-binding.
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Full length recombinant corresponding to aa1-437 from human FNTB (AAH20232) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
