Mouse Anti-GTF2E1 (TF2E1, General Transcription Factor IIE Subunit 1, General Transcription Factor IIE 56kD Subunit, Transcription Initiation Factor IIE Subunit alpha)
Recruits TFIIH to the initiation complex and stimulates the RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain kinase and DNA-dependent ATPase activities of TFIIH. Both TFIIH and TFIIE are required for promoter clearance by RNA polymerase.
Applications
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
