Mouse Anti-KBTBD10 (KRP1, Kelch Repeat and BTB Domain-containing Protein 10, Kel-like Protein 23, Kelch-related Protein 1, Sarcosin)
KBTBD10 is required for pseudopod elongation in transformed cells. Substrate-specific adapter of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa205-304 from human KBTBD10 with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
