Rabbit Anti-KRT83 (Keratin, Type II Cuticular Hb3, Type II Hair Keratin Hb3, Keratin-83, K83, Hair Keratin K2.10, KRTHB3, MGC141663) (APC)
KRT83 is a member of the keratin family. As a type II hair keratin, it is a basic protein which heterodimerizes with type I keratins to form hair and nails. All hair keratins are expressed in the hair follicle; this hair keratin, as well as KRTHB1 and KRTHB6, is found primarily in the hair cortex.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
