Mouse Anti-LDB3 (LIM Domain-binding Protein 3, Protein Cypher, Z-band Alternatively Spliced PDZ-motif Protein, KIAA0613, ZASP)
May function as an adapter in striated muscle to couple protein kinase C-mediated signaling via its LIM domains to the cytoskeleton.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Full-length recombinant corresponding to aa1-284 from LDB3 (AAH10929) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
