Mouse Anti-LHX2 (LIM/Homeobox Protein Lhx2, LIM Homeobox Protein 2, Homeobox Protein LH-2, LH2)
Acts as a transcriptional activator. Stimulates the promoter of the alpha-glycoprotein gene. Transcriptional regulatory protein involved in the control of cell differentiation in developing lymphoid and neural cell types.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa1-76 from human LHX2 with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
