Mouse Anti-LHX3 (LIM/Homeobox Protein Lhx3, LIM Homeobox Protein 3, DKFZp762A2013)
Acts as a transcriptional activator. Binds to and activates the promoter of the alpha-glycoprotein gene, and synergistically enhances transcription from the prolactin promoter in cooperation with Pit-1.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa228-317 from LHX3 (NP_055379) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
