Mouse Anti-NOL4 (NOLP, Nucleolar Protein 4, CT125, Nucleolar-localized Protein, HRIHFB2255)
NOL4 is a nucleolar protein which is predominantly expressed in fetal brain, adult brain and testis. Its function has not yet been determined.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa425-524 from NOL4 (NP_003778) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
