Rabbit Anti-PABPC3 (Polyadenylate-binding Protein 3, PABP-3, Poly(A)-binding Protein 3, Testis-specific Poly(A)-binding Protein, PABP3, PABPL3)
Binds the poly(A) tail of mRNA. May be involved in cytoplasmic regulatory processes of mRNA metabolism. Binds poly(A) with a slightly lower affinity as compared to PABPC1.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
