PAMCI protein localizes to perinuclear endosomes where it may be involved in the transport of peptidylglycine alpha-amidating monooxygenase through secretory or endosomal pathways.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Full length recombinant corresponding to aa1-436 from PAMCI (AAH31589) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
