Mouse Anti-GINS2 (PSF2, DNA Replication Complex GINS Protein PSF2, GINS Complex Subunit 2, CGI-122, DC5, HSPC037)
The GINS complex plays an essential role in the initiation of DNA replication, and progression of DNA replication forks. GINS complex seems to bind preferentially to single-stranded DNA.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa1-100, from human Pfs2 (AAH03186) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
