Rabbit Anti-PPBP (Platelet Basic Protein, PBP, C-X-C Motif Chemokine 7, Leukocyte-derived Growth Factor, LDGF, Macrophage-derived Growth Factor, MDGF, Small-inducible Cytokine B7, CTAP3, CXCL7, SCYB7, TGB1, THBGB1) (MaxLight 650)
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
PPBP, also known as chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 7 (CXCL7), is a platelet-derived growth factor that belongs to the alpha-chemokine family, It is a protein that is released in large amounts from platelets following their activation. It stimulates various processes including mitogenesis, synthesis of extracellular matrix, glucose metabolism and synthesis of plasminogen activator. Purified by using conventional chromatograph.
