Rabbit Anti-PVRL1 (CD111, Poliovirus Receptor-related Protein 1, Herpes Virus Entry Mediator C, Herpes virus Entry Mediator C, HveC, Herpes virus Ig-like Receptor, HIgR, Nectin-1, HVEC, PRR1) (Not for Export EU)

Nectin-1, also known as CD111 antigen, Poliovirus receptor-related protein 1(PRR-1) and Herpes virus entry mediator C (HVEC), is a 110kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein. Two additional splice forms (another type I transmembrane protein and a secreted protein) also exist. All three isoforms share the aa residues from (aa31-334). Nectin-1 is widely expressed in numerous tissues. It is a Ca2+-independent cell adhesion molecule that is a member of the Ig superfamily. The aa sequence of the human Nectin-1 extracellular domain is 93% and 96% identical to that of mouse and porcine Nectin-1, respectively.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
