Mouse Anti-RBP3 (Retinol-binding Protein 3, Interphotoreceptor Retinoid-binding Protein, IRBP, Interstitial Retinol-binding Protein)
IRBP shuttles 11-cis and all trans retinoids between the retinol isomerase in the pigment epithelium and the visual pigments in the photoreceptor cells of the retina.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa1149-1247, from human RBP3 (NP_002891) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
