Mouse Anti-RICTOR (Rapamycin-insensitive Companion of mTOR, AVO3 Homolog, hAVO3, KIAA1999, mAVO3, PIA)
DKFZp686B11164, KIAA1999, MGC39830
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Sandwich ELISA: The detection limit for recombinant GST tagged RICTOR is ~0.03ng/ml as a capture antibody. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml detects RICTOR using immunoperoxidase staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human small Intestine. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Partial recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-99 from human RICTOR (NP_689969) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human RICTOR.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
