Transcription regulator that excerts its function by binding to histone deacetylases and transcription factors. Can repress transactivation mediated by TCF12.

Applications
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa416-525 from human RUNX1T1 (NP_004340) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
