Rabbit Anti-SAE1 (SUMO-activating Enzyme Subunit 1, Ubiquitin-like 1-activating Enzyme E1A, AOS1, SUA1, UBLE1A) (FITC)
The ubiquitin-like protein SUMO-1 is conjugated to a variety of proteins including Ran GTPase-activating protein 1 (RanGAP1), IkappaB alpha, and PML. SUMO-1-modified proteins display altered subcellular targeting and/or stability. SAE1 is capable of catalyzing the ATP-dependent formation of a thioester linkage between SUMO-1 and SAE2.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
