Mouse Anti-SOX15 (Protein SOX-15, Protein SOX-12, Protein SOX-20, SOX12, SOX20, SOX26, SOX27)
This member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors is involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. It may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. It binds to the 5'-AACAAT-3' sequence and contains 1 HMG box domain.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
