Mouse Anti-TAF12 (Transcription Initiation Factor TFIID Subunit 12, Transcription Initiation Factor TFIID 20/15kD Subunits, TAFII-20/TAFII-15, TAFII20/TAFII15, TAF15, TAF2J, TAFII20) (PE)

TAFs are components of the transcription factor IID (TFIID) complex, PCAF histone acetylase complex and TBP-free TAFII complex (TFTC). TAFs components-TIIFD are essential for mediating regulation of RNA polymerase transcription.

Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Full length recombinant corresponding to aa1-162 from human TAF12 (AAH11986) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human TAF12.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
