Mouse Anti-TCF7 (Transcription Factor 7, T-cell Specific Transcription Factor 1, T-cell Factor 1, TCF-7, TCF-1, TCF1, MGC129647, MGC129648)

The T cell specific transcription factor TCF7 activates genes involved in immune regulation and thymocyte differentiation, and is a candidate locus for genetic susceptibility to type 1 diabetes.

Applications
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Partial recombinant corresponding to aa287-385 from human TCF7 (NP_003193) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
