Rabbit Anti-ACCN3 (ASIC3, SLNAC1, TNAC1, Acid-sensing Ion Channel 3, Amiloride-sensitive Cation Channel 3, Neuronal Amiloride-sensitive Cation Channel 3, Testis Sodium Channel 1, DRASIC) (APC)

ACCN3 encodes a member of the degenerin/epithelial sodium channel (DEG/ENaC) superfamily. The members of this family are amiloride-sensitive sodium channels that contain intracellular N and C termini, two hydrophobic transmembrane regions, and a large extracellular loop, which has many cysteine residues with conserved spacing.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 2.5ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide VATFLYQVAERVRYYREFHHQTALDERESHRLIFPAVTLCNINPLRRSRL corresponding to ACCN3.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with Allophycocyanin (APC).
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human ACCN3.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
