Rabbit Anti-CRELD1 (Cysteine-rich with EGF-like Domain Protein 1, CIRRIN, UNQ188/PRO214, AVSD2, DKFZp566D213, UNQ188/PRO214) (Biotin)

Epidermal growth factor like repeats are a class of cysteine-rich domains that mediate interactions between proteins of diverse function. EGF domains are found in proteins that are either completely secreted or have transmembrane regions that tether the protein to the cell surface. CRELD1 is the founding member of a family of matricellular proteins.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: TEVCPGENKQCENTEGGYRCICAEGYKQMEGICVKEQIPESAGFFSEMTE corresponding to the C-terminal region of human CRELD1. Species sequence homology: bovine, canine, guinea pig, equine, mouse and rat
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added. Labeled with Biotin.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human CRELD1.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
