Rabbit Anti-SGPP2 (Sphingosine-1-phosphate Phosphatase 2, SPPase2, Spp2, hSPP2, Sphingosine-1-phosphatase 2, FLJ39004)
In vitro, SGPP2 has high phosphohydrolase activity against dihydrosphingosine-1-phosphate and sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P).
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 2.5ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
