Rabbit Anti-SLC22A7 (Solute Carrier Family 22 Member 7, Novel Liver Transporter, Organic Anion Transporter 2, hOAT2, NLT, OAT2, MGC24091, MGC45202)
SLC22A7 is involved in the sodium-independent transport and excretion of organic anions, some of which are potentially toxic. The protein is an integral membrane protein and appears to be localized to the basolateral membrane of the kidney.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 5ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
