Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:100-200 Western Blot: 1:100-400 Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-500 (frozen) Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-200 (paraffin sections) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Usage
Recombinant human FLG2 (amino acids 1915-2143 ) in loading buffer (100mM Tris, pH 8.8, 2% SDS, 200mM sodium chloride, 0.01% BPB, 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol). 10ul/well using DAB as substrate 5ul/well when used in ECL Store at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
