Protein phosphatase 4C may be involved in microtubule organization. It binds 1 iron ion and 1 manganese ion per subunit. PP4 consists of a catalytic subunit PPP4C and a regulatory subunit. PPP4R1 and belongs to the PPP phosphatase family, PP X subfamily.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:200 Immunocytochemistry: 200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purified recombinant human Protein Phosphatase 4C protein fragments expressed in E. coli.
