Rabbit Anti-GNPDA2 (Glucosamine-6-phosphate Isomerase 2, Glucosamine-6-phosphate Deaminase 2, GNPDA 2, GlcN6P Deaminase 2, Glucosamine-6-phosphate Isomerase SB52, GNP2)

Glucosamine-6-phosphate deaminase (GNPDA) is an allosteric enzyme that catalyzes the reversible conversion of D-glucosamine-6-phosphate into D-fructose-6-phosphate and aSupplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide.

Applications
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control
Human Kidney Tissue Lysate
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to 8aa from near the C-terminus of human GNPDA2.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human GNPDA2. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
