Mouse Anti-CD11a (Antigen CD11A (p180), lymphocyte function associated antigen 1, alpha polypeptide, Integrin alpha-L, ITGAL, Leukocyte Adhesion Glycoprotein LFA1 Alpha Chain, LFA 1 alpha (LFA1A), Ly15, Ly21, Lymphocyte function associated antigen 1, p180) (BSA & Azide Free) (MaxLight 650)
(Antigen CD11A (p180), lymphocyte function associated antigen 1, alpha polypeptide, Integrin alpha-L, ITGAL, Leukocyte Adhesion Glycoprotein LFA1 Alpha Chain, LFA 1 alpha (LFA1A), Ly15, Ly21, Lymphocyte function associated antigen 1, p180)

MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.

Recognizes a protein of 180kDa, identified as CD11a (Leucocyte Workshop II; Code N202). CD11a complex with the a2 subunit of the integrin family, CD18, to form the cell surface heterodimer, LFA-1 or CD11a /C18 (aLbL). LFA-1 is expressed on all leukocytes including lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes. It is involved in leukocyte adhesion to its ligands including intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1 or CD54), ICAM-2 (CD102), ICAM-3 (CD50) and Telencephalin (TLN) and play a role in most immune/inflammatory responses.
Applications:  Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, FLISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Functional Studies. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/million cells Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 0.5-1ug/500ug protein lysate Immunohistochemistry: Frozen: 0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control
JY, HUT-78, MOLT-4, HL60, U937, and human leukocytes. Human lymph nodes and tonsils.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Stimulated human leukocytes. Cellular Localization: Cell surface
