Mouse Anti-CD11c (CD11 antigen-like family member C, Complement component 3 receptor 4 subunit, Integrin alpha-X, integrin, alpha X (antigen CD11C (p150), alpha polypeptide), Leu M5 alpha subunit, Leukocyte adhesion glycoprotein p150 95 alpha chain, Myeloid membrane antigen alpha subunit, p150/95) (BSA & Azide Free) (MaxLight 650)
(CD11 antigen-like family member C, Complement component 3 receptor 4 subunit, Integrin alpha-X, integrin, alpha X (antigen CD11C (p150), alpha polypeptide), Leu M5 alpha subunit, Leukocyte adhesion glycoprotein p150 95 alpha chain, Myeloid membrane antigen alpha subunit, p150/95)

MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.

CD11c, also known as Integrin, alpha X (complement component 3 receptor 4 subunit) (ITGAX), is a type I transmembrane protein found at high levels on most human dendritic cells, but also on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and some B cells that induces cellular activation and helps trigger neutrophil respiratory burst; expressed in hairy cell leukemias, acute non-lymphocytic leukemias, and some B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias.
Applications:  Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/million cells  Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/ml  Immunoprecipitation: 0.5-1ug/500ug protein lysate Immunohistochemistry: Frozen: 0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control
Human dendritic cells. Human lymph nodes and tonsils.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
