Mouse Anti-CD50 (ICAMR, Intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICAM3)) (BSA & Azide Free) (MaxLight 550)
(ICAMR, Intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICAM3))

MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.

Recognizes the D1 domain of an N-glycosylated glycoprotein of 120kDa with intra-chain disulfide bonds, identified as CD50 or ICAM-3 (Leucocyte Workshop VI). CD50 is the major ligand for LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) and may have signaling role to increase adhesion. It is expressed on thymocytes and T lymphocytes and is resistant to treatment with phosphatidylinositol (PI) phospholipase C. This MAb is excellent for staining of formalin/paraffin tissues.
Applications:  Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, FLISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/million cells  Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/ml Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml  Immunoprecipitation: 0.5-1ug/500ug protein lysate Immunohistochemistry: Frozen & Formalin-fixed: 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT (Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control
HL-60 or THP-1 cells. Lymph node and tonsil
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
