FLT3, a PDGF Receptor-type protein kinase, promotes the differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic cells by binding to hematopoietic growth factor. Mutations of the FLT3 gene have been implicated in acute myeloid leukemia.
Applications
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to 20aa from the N-terminus of human FLT3/CD135. Species sequence homology: gorilla and monkey.
