Histamine Receptor H4 binds histamine and several psychoactive compounds such as amitriptyline, chlorpromazine, cyproheptadine, and mianserin.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to 17aa from the C-terminus of human HRH4/Histamine H4 Receptor. Species sequence homology: gibbon and monkey.
