Goat Anti-Nav1.8 (Scn10a, Sodium channel, Voltage-gated, type X, alpha subunit, PN3, SNS, mPN3, Peripheral nerve sodium channel 3, Sodium channel protein type 10 subunit alpha, Sodium channel protein type X subunit alpha)

Transmembrane segments prevent surface expression of sodium channel Nav1.8 and promote calnexin-dependent channel degradation.

Applications
Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-DDNRSLQSDPYNQR, from the internal region of the protein sequence according to NP_033160.2. Species sequence homology: rat
Form
Supplied as a liquid in Tris saline, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes mouse Nav1.8.
