Rabbit Anti-Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3 (CD333, FGFR3, JTK4) (FITC)
Fibroblast growth factor receptor substrate 3 (FRS3) is an adapter protein that is tyrosine phosphorylated and recruited to FGFR upon FGF stimulation. FRS3 is also designated as FRS2beta and SNT2 (Suc1 associated neurotrophic factor target protein).
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
Immunogen
Recombinant protein corresponding to human Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 0.03% Proclin 300, 50% glycerol. Labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3.
