Mouse Anti-CD49b (ITGA2, Integrin alpha-2, CD49 Antigen-like Family Member B, Collagen Receptor, Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein Ia, GPIa, VLA-2 Subunit alpha, CD49B) (Biotin)

CD49b (cluster of differentiation 49b) is a protein which in humans is encoded by the CD49b gene. The CD49b protein is an integrin alpha subunit. It makes up half of the alpha2Beta1 integrin duplex. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane glycoproteins composed of a distinct alpha chain and a common beta chain.

Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Human keratinocytes.
