Mouse Anti-AATK (Apoptosis-Associated Tyrosine Kinase, AATYK, AATYK1, KIAA0641, LMR1, LMTK1, p35BP) (FITC)
Apoptosis-Associated Tyrosine Kinase, AATYK, AATYK1, KIAA0641, LMR1, LMTK1, p35BP
The protein encoded by this gene contains a tyrosine kinase domain at the N-terminus and a proline-rich domain at the C-terminus. This gene is induced during apoptosis, and expression of this gene may be a necessary pre-requisite for the induction of growth arrest and/or apoptosis of myeloid precursor cells. This gene has been shown to produce neuronal differentiation in a neuroblastoma cell line. [provided by RefSeq

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
AATK (AAH47378, 161aa-260aa) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Specificity
Recognizes AATK.
