Mouse Anti-ALAS2 (aminolevulinate, delta-, Synthase 2, ALAS-E, ALASE, ANH1, ASB, FLJ93603, XLSA) (MaxLight 490)
aminolevulinate, delta-, Synthase 2, ALAS-E, ALASE, ANH1, ASB, FLJ93603, XLSA
MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
The product of this gene specifies an erythroid-specific mitochondrially located enzyme. The encoded protein catalyzes the first step in the heme biosynthetic pathway. Defects in this gene cause X-linked pyridoxine-responsive sideroblastic anemia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq
