Rabbit Anti-CDCA8 (Cell Division Cycle Associated 8, BOR, BOREALIN, FLJ10468, FLJ12042) (MaxLight 550)
Cell Division Cycle Associated 8, BOR, BOREALIN, FLJ10468, FLJ12042

MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.

CDCA8 is a component of a chromosomal passenger complex required for stability of the bipolar mitotic spindle (Gassmann et al., 2004 [PubMed 15249581]).[supplied by OMIM
