Mouse Anti-MDH2 (Malate Dehydrogenase 2, NAD (Mitochondrial), M-MDH, MDH, MGC:3559, MOR1) (MaxLight 650)
Malate Dehydrogenase 2, NAD (Mitochondrial), M-MDH, MDH, MGC:3559, MOR1
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
Malate dehydrogenase catalyzes the reversible oxidation of malate to oxaloacetate, utilizing the NAD/NADH cofactor system in the citric acid cycle. The protein encoded by this gene is localized to the mitochondria and may play pivotal roles in the malate-aspartate shuttle that operates in the metabolic coordination between cytosol and mitochondria.
