Rat Anti-R-Spondin-4 (Roof Plate-Specific Spondin-4, Cysteine-Rich, Single Thrombospondin Domain Containing-4, Cristin 4)
R-Spondin-4 (roof plate-specific spondin-4) is also called cysteine-rich and single thrombospondin domain containing-4 (Cristin 4) and is an ~33kD secreted heparin-binding protein that shares ~35% amino acid (aa) identity with three other R-Spondin family members.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
