Rabbit Anti-CSN2 (COP9 Signalosome Complex Subunit 2, Alien, COPS2, TRIP15) (MaxLight 550)
MaxLight™ 550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
Alien is a novel co-repressor that interacts with the thyroid hormone receptor in the absence of hormone. Alien is highly conserved between human and Drosophila and is specific for selected members of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily.
