Rabbit Anti-MSI1 (Musashi-1, MSI 1, MSI-1, Musashi 1, RNA-binding Protein Musashi Homolog 1) (PE)
Musashi 1, a neural RNA-binding protein, plays an important role in regulating cell differentiation in precursor cells. Musashi 1 (Msi-1) has been shown to increase the accumulation of tau isoforms in intracellular inclusions in dementia and Parkinson's.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
