Immunoreactive with sera from Chlamydia trachomatis infected individuals.
Recombinant protein corresponding to immunodominant region aa462-503 of Chlamydia trachomatis HSP70, expressed in E. coli.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
