Rabbit Anti-ARNO (Cytohesin-2)

ARNO/Cytohesin-2 acts as guanine-nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for ADP-ribosylation factor such as ARF1, ARF3 and ARF6. Both isoforms (1 and 2) of ARNO/Cytohesin-2 are located in the cytoplasm and in cell membrane after being recruited through their association with ARL4A, ARL4C and ARL4D.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
Full-length recombinant protein corresponding to human ARNO.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile ddH2O.

Ascites
Specificity
Recognizes human ARNO.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
