Rat Anti-CD160

CD160 is a 27kD glycoprotein receptor that shows broad specificity for both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules. It is expressed in spleen, peripheral blood, and small intestine. CD160 expression is restricted to functional NK, CD8 T cells, yd T cells, and intraepithelial lymphocytes.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
Mouse CD160-Fc
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Reconstitute with 500ul sterile ddH2O.
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes mouse CD160.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
