Rabbit Anti-Tubulin Cleaved by Caspase-6

Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. Microtubules are assembled from dimers of a- and b-tubulin. a-tubulin cleaved by Caspase-6 can be found in neurons, neurofibrillary tangles, neuropil threads, and neuritic plaques in Alzheimer’s disease.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
